I brought my vehicle here after being rear-ended and needing my entire bumper replaced. Scott and the woman at the front desk were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They kept me updated regularly on the status of my vehicle, making the experience much less stressful. I really appreciated their excellent communication and customer service, and I would definitely recommend them.

Easiest process working with Crash, this is my first accident through insurance. Once my claim was processed they immediately called me to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They worked with Enterprise to set up car rental pick up and drop off times for me. Other places were quoting higher amount and were telling me it would take at least five days to fix my car. I brought my car in at 9:30 Monday and it was ready for me at 12:30 Wednesday. Not only was it fast but it was efficient. My car looks just as good as it did coming off the lot!

I had a wonderful experience at this Crash Champions location and will recommend them to anyone who asks me for a repair facility. Dave helped me book an appointment for my estimate via telephone with ease and proper phone etiquette; Melanie was wonderfully kind and welcoming with every interaction we had, both in person and via email. When I came in for my estimate, I witnessed Hunter display a unique level of grace, patience, and professionalism whilst working with an elderly couple who were actively filing their insurance claim in the waiting room. My estimator, Scott, was very courteous and spoke with integrity as we discussed the work needed and overall price. I had minor body and paint damage and estimated the job would take a week or two between ordering parts and paint, but the repairs only took 3 days, and my car looks brand new! I also sincerely appreciate the rental car pickup/drop off process: being picked up to retrieve the rental and then being able to leave the rental at the shop was helpful to me as I had no other ride. Also, my car was detailed before I picked it up, which I didn’t expect at all. Thank you all so much for your hard work. God bless!

I recently had my Lexus repaired at Crash Champions. It was a large repair and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Kevin, the manager, was professional, responsive, and made sure The work was completed to a high standard. The quality of the repair was excellent and my car looks great again. I highly recommend Kevin and his team. They did a phenomenal job!
